The Pepi family
This story is about us!
Back in 1949, Leonisio Pepi and his wife Ida opened the Bottega di Pietrafitta, where food products were sold to Tuscan farming families. Later on, their son Franco Pepi, with the help of his wife Isolina, decided to transform the shop into a trattoria: the basis of their philosophy was hospitality. In the "Da Nisio" trattoria, in fact, customers were welcomed with simplicity and care and invited to taste good Chianti wine and the excellent typical Tuscan cuisine.
The trattoria became our current "Ristorante Da Nisio", an elegant environment where quality and Tuscan tradition are perfectly combined.
The Hotel le Colline was born and is now run by her daughter Donatella Pepi, a master of hospitality who, thanks to her friendliness, will make you feel at home.
The management of the company has been passed on to the young daughter Giulia, who has decided to take on this challenge, thanks to her entrepreneurial spirit.
